Louise Molloy

Louise, holding an MBA and accredited EMCC Executive & Team Coach certification, draws directly from her corporate experience. As the first female Director in her organisation, she recognised the vital role of early skill development in career advancement and is passionate about empowerment.

Louise retrained as a Coach and Facilitator, specializing in equipping professionals and women in business with relevant skills for the present and future.

Geraldine Dolan

Complementing Louise’s expertise, Geraldine boasts over two decades of leadership experience in HR and change management. Holding a postgraduate CIPD qualification in HR and accreditation as an AC Executive & Leadership Coach, Geraldine has held senior roles in global organisations like Telefonica O2 Europe and Selfridges & Co.

Her expertise lies in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, driving skills development, and leading transformative initiatives across diverse industries. In recent years, Geraldine has specialised in Advisory, Consulting, and Coaching, establishing her own professional services practice as Principal and Director.
