Luminosity Consulting was established in 2017 by Louise Molloy, to empower clients to make the best of their potential and situations. During her 20 year financial services career, Louise learnt first-hand the impact of transforming her own leadership style, going on to deliver major business transformation programmes and become Director of Strategy & Operations and her business’ first female director.

Louise is now a highly sought after Executive Coach and Facilitator. With a Diploma in Executive Coaching from UCC and an Emotional Intelligence practitioner, she is accredited by the EMCC. Passionate about community and creativity, Louise is a Director of the Fishamble Theatre Group and chairs their Fundraising Subcommittee. In tune with the latest leadership thinking, Louise is an Associate on the IMI and CAI leadership development programmes and a regular contributor to Accountancy Ireland.
